How can I read the chart without mixing time periods?

On a daily interval each candle represents a day; the daily percentage change is not a prediction for the next day. Compare start and end points over the same period, and distinguish USD from stablecoins such as USDT.

What are you following when you follow Bitcoin?

Bitcoin is a digital asset and a network for transferring value. Buying BTC means buying units of the asset, not shares in a company. Its traded price changes, and holding it on a platform differs from using a wallet whose keys you control.

Before transferring Bitcoin

Open each item and compare it with the transfer details in your wallet. This checklist supports a manual review; it does not validate an address automatically.

1. Does the sending network match the recipient’s instructions?

Match the network to the recipient’s instructions. Do not rely on the coin name alone, especially on services that support multiple networks.

2. Is this the intended recipient’s address?

Compare the complete address with a trusted source after pasting it, and check it again on the confirmation screen. Matching only the first or last characters is insufficient.

3. Have you checked fees and the amount to be received?

Distinguish the service’s charges from network fees. Check any minimum deposit and additional information the recipient requires.

4. Do you understand the limits on reversing a transfer?

Do not rely on being able to cancel after broadcast. If the recipient or payment request is untrusted, stop and verify it through an independent channel.
