BTKWIN publishes explanations and calculators to help readers understand Bitcoin and crypto. This policy explains how information is presented and errors are reviewed.
Publishing identity
Content is prepared and published by Tamer Taameh. BTKWIN is the site name. It does not imply a financial licence or a team of experts. We do not attribute content to a specialist or claim qualifications without documentation.
Sources and their limits
We link to primary sources where available, including project documentation, service policies, educational material and regulators. A project’s own documentation explains its claims; it is not independent verification of those claims. Linking to a platform or asset does not mean it is endorsed or guaranteed.
Examples and market prices
Hypothetical numbers are identified as examples, with assumptions and fees that affect the result. External providers supply market quotes and charts. Check the pair, exchange, timing and data status inside the widget. Written explanations do not automatically update when markets change.
Reviews and updates
A review date refers to a review of the content, not the latest market price. A layout or link change alone does not mean every financial statement has been checked again. Material corrections should identify what changed and when it was reviewed.
Calculator review method
Each calculator explains its formula, assumptions and a reproducible example. Review cases include buy and sell fees, quantity-weighted average cost, a capital limit for position sizing and recovery after a 50% loss. Invalid inputs, such as a stop above a long entry price or a 100% recovery-calculator loss, are checked.
This checks calculation behaviour. It is not an independent financial audit or certification of an exchange’s data. Calculations run in the browser. The currency selector changes a label and does not obtain an exchange rate. The tools do not request wallet keys or account credentials.
Advertising and commercial interests
BTKWIN does not publish affiliate links, provide company or platform referrals, or act as an intermediary to open accounts. Source links support explanation and documentation. Advertising is not presented as an independent test or as undocumented personal experience.
English translations
English pages are edited translations or adaptations of their linked Arabic counterparts. Calculator assumptions and calculations are kept consistent across languages. Where supporting material is available only in Arabic, the link identifies that language. A language switch should lead to an actual published counterpart; untranslated articles are not labelled as English.

Use the contact page or welcome@btkwin.com. Include the page URL, the relevant statement, the proposed correction and a source with an access date if possible. We assess the information and source and do not promise a fixed response time.
