Privacy Policy

This page explains how information is handled when you use BTKWIN. Last updated: 26 October 2026.

Comments

When you leave a comment, the site collects the information shown in the comment form, your IP address and browser information to help detect spam. Once approved, your name, comment and account image may appear publicly.

An anonymised representation of your email address may be sent to Gravatar to check for a linked image. Read Automattic’s privacy policy for details about that service.

Contact messages

The Arabic contact form collects a name, email address and message. Information you send is used to handle your enquiry. The English contact page also provides our email address for direct messages. Do not send passwords, verification codes, private keys, wallet recovery data or personal and financial details that are unnecessary for your question.

Calculator inputs

The calculators in this English section perform calculations in your browser. They do not save your entered figures or connect to a wallet or trading account. Other services loaded by the site may still receive ordinary visit information as described below.

Images and files

If uploading images is available, avoid files containing embedded location data such as EXIF GPS. Someone downloading an image may be able to extract that information.

Your local watchlist

The crypto watchlist saves only your selected asset symbols in this browser using local storage. It does not save balances or wallet addresses and does not synchronise across devices. You can clear the selection in the tool or remove the site’s stored data through browser settings. Quote and chart cards load from TradingView, an external provider described below.

Cookies

If you comment, you may choose to save your name, email and website in cookies for later comments. These cookies last one year. A temporary cookie may be set on the login page to test browser support and is removed when the browser closes.

For signed-in users, cookies store login status and screen preferences. Login cookies last two days and screen preferences one year. “Remember me” extends login cookies to two weeks; logging out removes them. Editing or publishing a post may store a cookie identifying the post for one day. Other cookies depend on the services a page loads.

Embedded content and external services

Pages may include YouTube videos, TradingView charts, images or other content from external sites. These providers may receive visit data, use cookies and track interactions, especially if you are signed in to their services. Their privacy policies apply.

The site includes Google service tags. When those services or YouTube content load, Google may receive information such as the page URL and IP address and may read or set cookies. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services and TradingView’s privacy policy.

Retention and requests

Comments and their metadata may be retained without an automatic deletion period to help recognise and manage later comments. If you have an account, profile information you provide is stored and site administrators can view and manage it.

If you have an account or comments, you can request a copy of personal data held about you or request deletion. Some information may need to be retained for administrative, security or other applicable obligations. Comments may be checked by automated spam detection. A password-reset email may include the requesting IP address.

Browser choices and contact

You can manage or remove cookies through browser settings, although disabling them may affect site functions. For a question about information you sent to BTKWIN, contact welcome@btkwin.com or use the contact page.
